- Auburn Lake Trails Swim Team 2009 - ALT DOLPHINS -
ALT Dolphins,is a part of the Sierra Foothill Swim League.
The Sierra Foothill Swim League provides a recreational but competitive swim environment for the swim teams and swimmers of the Sierra Foothill Swim League. Swimmers from ages 5 to 18 learn and develop competitive swim skills while participating in safe, fun, and educational experiences.

NEW THIS SEASON - SIGN IN TO PARITICIPATE IN MEETS!
This year swimmers are required to "sign in" by the Friday one week prior to each meet, in order to participate in the meets.
There will be an "I AM SWIMMING" sheet for each meet, these sheets will be posted at the pool.
If you plan on attending a meet, you will need to sign in for that meet.
If you are not signed in by the Friday one week prior to the meet, (at the latest) you will not be seeded for that meet.
This new program works well for other teams in our league and helps to reduce no-shows, and last minute changes to the meet schedule. Thank you for your help and cooperation in making our meets run as smoothly as possible!

TEAM SUITS
***Team Suits for 2009 Swim Season are Now Available!***
This year the Dolphins are wearing the same Team Suit as last year, if yours still fits, then you're good to go!
If you need a new suit for this season, you will need to order your suit through 'The Life Guard Store'. Just click on the link below, order on-line and have your suit delivered right to your door!
